I recently moved to a new workshop in Delft! I am still in the process of reorganizing and setting up the space. Now that I’m no longer working from my student room anymore, I can finally have people over!
Feel free to stop by, but send me a message first… Then I can make coffee!
Stap 1: Choose your Custom
Elke Frame Bag wordt op maat en op bestelling gemaakt. Het is daarom niet mogelijk om het product aan u te laten zien voordat u het koopt.
Met onze Double Decker Frame Bag Configurator kunt u experimenteren met verschillende kleurencombinaties voordat u een tas koopt.

Stap 2: Design & Engineering
Het maakt niet uit of u van fietstochten, avontuurlijke tochten, gravelbiken of wilde bikepacking-avonturen houdt,
we nemen de tijd om aan de tekentafel te zitten.
Elke op maat gemaakte bikepackingtas wordt ontworpen met behulp van ons FrameInsight-proces om de framematen te verkrijgen.

Please do not place an order until all dimensions, layout, color scheme, and features of your frame bag are clear to both you and me…
Stap 3: Productie Proces
After obtaining the measurements and finalizing the design, all unique pattern parts go through a nesting algorithm to achieve the most efficient fabric use as possible.
The parts are lasercut to increase production speed, efficiency, and precision. From this point, I will begin sewing and assembling
your Custom Frame Bag!

Merit Gear is the environment for me to develop, prototype, and test my selfmade gear.
It is the embodiment of my interest for everything making, manufacturing processes, programming, and sports.
Keeping things lighthearted and fun is very important to me.
